Pork Chop Scalappine

3 T. flour
1/8 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
4 chops
1 T. oil
1 c. fresh mushrooms
4 green onions
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 can no salt chicken broth
3 T. low fat sour cream
Combine flour, salt and pepper, dredge chops in flour mix. Coat
skillet with spray to medium high heat, in oil. Add chops, cook 3-5
minutes on each side. Transfer to a plater. Add mushrooms and
onions. Cook 3 mins or till tender. Stir in wine and broth, cook till
liquid is reduced by half, stirring often. Return chops to skillet,
cover cook till hot and chops are done. Remove from heat and stir in
sour cream.
