QUICK PAN PORK CHOPS

INGREDIENTS:
4 1/2-inch thick, boneless pork loin chops
lemon herb seasoning mix
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup chicken broth
cooking spray
DIRECTIONS:
Spray a non-stick skillet with the cooking spray and heat
over med-high heat. Sprinkle both sides of the chops with
seasoning and add to the skillet. Sear 1 minute on each
side, then reduce heat to medium. Cook 4-6 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Lightly wipe the skillet with a paper towel. Return to heat and add vinegar and broth. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
To serve spoon the pan sauce over the pork chops and
add a side of rice.
Yield: 4 Servings
