SPICED ORANGE PORK CHOPS

6 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
3 TBSP cornstarch
1 orange---juiced
1/2 cup brown sugar---not packed
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 TBSP olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
In a skillet, heat oil and brown chops on both sides, salt and
pepper to taste. In a bowl, add chicken broth and cornstarch and mix until
smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drain fat from chops
and pour sauce over them. Cover and simmer on the stove top for 30
minutes or when done, depending on the thickness of the chops.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with baked sweet potatoes and steamed
broccoli.
