Ham Supper Casserole

4 cups diced cooked potatoes
1 3/4 cups diced ham
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped diced pimiento
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Combine potatoes, ham, green pepper, and pimiento; transfer to a
greased 1
1/2-quart casserole. In saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter;
blend in
flour until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring
constantly, until thickened. Stir in shredded cheese and paprika.
Season
sauce with salt and pepper; pour over ham mixture. Bake at 350° for 35
to 45
minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
