1 Package Meaty Country Backbone Ribs
A small cup Sour Cream
Seasoned Meat tenderizer
1 cup sliced Carrots
1 large onion sliced into rings and separated
2 large potatoes peeled and sliced into rounds
1 cup celery cut into chunks about 1 inch long
Take Heavy Duty Aluminum foil and tear as many sheets as you are going to make pockets. Spray each with cooking spray and add carrots,potatoes,celery to each---now add one or two ribs to each vegetable pile,centered on top--season with tenderizer and then cover with onion ring slices and top each one with a tablespoon of sour cream. Wrap each one tightly and place on a large baking
sheet and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until ribs are tender---check one after one hour.
