1 onion
1 green pepper
1/2 c celery
2 tbsp fat
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 c lemon
1 c catsup
3 tsp worchester sauce
1/2 tbsp mustard
1 cup water
6 lbs cooked pork roast
Directions:
Saute vegetable in fat. Add rest of ingredients. Then add pork and
simmer for 2 hours. Serve on buns or rolls. Delicious.
Any meat can be subtituted for pork roast
