    Aunt Saunny

    1 tablespoon gelatin 1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup rice, boiled in milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 cup heavy cream

    Soak gelatin in 3 tablespoon cold water 5 minutes. Dissolve over hot
    water. Add rice, sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Cool. Whip
    cream and fold into mixture. Mold or pile on dessert dishes. Serve
    cold. Serves 4
