BAKED RICE

1 c rice
1 c water
1 can vegetable soup (10 1/2 oz)
1 chicken bouillion cube, disolved in 1/4 c water
opt: 1 potato, cut into small cubes
Put everything in a baking dish, cover. Bake on 350 degrees F, for
about an hour or until rice is finished. You may need to add
a bit more water near the end of the cooking if the rice is not done
and it seems a bit dry. Makes 4 servings.
