    Garlic-Chili-Lime Mayonnaise

    Aunt Saunny

    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sour cream
    zest AND juice of 1-2 limes (depending on size and to your liking)
    1 tablespoon roasted minced garlic
    1/2 teaspoon creamy horseradish
    1/2 teaspoon chili paste
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper

    Combine all mayonnaise ingredients and mix thoroughly...
    ( I find it best when I make the mayo ahead of time and chill
    thoroughly)
