    Italian Honey Mustard Dressing

    Aunt Saunny

    2 packages of .07-oz. Italian dressing mix
    1/4 of a 3.5-oz. jar of Dijon mustard
    1 1/4 cups water
    1/2 cup honey
    1 1/4 cups red wine vinegar
    1 pint oil

    Mix all ingredients well and serve over a fresh salad. *This recipe is large and may be cut in half.
