    Shredded turkey leg, thigh, and wing meat
    6 - 8 cups chicken stock
    2 large loaves French bread

    Add leg, thigh, and sliced wing meat to chicken stock (meat should be soupy but not swimming) in a large saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cool, then refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use. Before serving, bring mixture to a full boil in a saucepan and transfer to a Crock-Pot to keep it warm. Slice each loaf in half lengthwise, then cut into four-inch segments. To serve, spoon meat and juices onto bread slices.
