    10 ounces frozen chopped collard greens, thawed
    10 ounces frozen chopped turnip greens, thawed
    1 small onion, peeled and sliced thin
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    Hot sauce to taste
    Salt and pepper
    9-by-12 inch piece of focaccia
    Sliced turkey breast

    To make greens: Combine all ingredients except focaccia and turkey in a large skillet. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat until greens and onions are tender, about 25 minutes. If mixture appears dry when it´s cooking, add a little water as needed, up to a half cup. Cool and refrigerate until ready to make sandwiches. Bring to room temperature before serving.
    To assemble: Cut focaccia into 12 three-inch squares, then slice each in half to make sandwiches. Spread the squares with greens and add turkey breast. Serve with gravy for dipping
