Turkey Club Wrap With Avocado Cream

1 12 Inch whole-wheat tortilla
2 Tablespoons Avocado Cream (recipe follows)
1/4 Pound sliced roast turkey
5 Slices crisp cooked bacon
5 Thin Slices tomato
3 leaves red-leaf lettuce
Place tortilla on a work surface and spread with Avocado Cream.
Layer
turkey, bacon, tomato, and lettuce over the tortilla, leaving a border
of at
least 1 inch all around the edge. Roll tightly, wrap in plastic wrap
or
foil, and then in wax paper, and chill until ready to serve. Cut
diagonally
in half and serve. Serves 2
Avocado Cream
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
2-3 tablespoon sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1 garlic clove, quartered
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse to make a rough
puree.
Refrigerate until ready to use. Store in an airtight container for up
to 3
days.
