Cream Fraiche is sort of like a mild sour cream. It is so mild and
creamy and easy to make.
To make it just buy a small carton of whipping cream, heavy whipping
cream preferably. Then add 2 tblsp. of buttermilk, cover with a cloth and
let it sit overnight. In about 24 hours it will be thickened. Then
refrigerate and use like you would sour cream.
