Black Bean/Corn Salsa

1 ear of corn ( not cooked just blanched till bright yellow)
1 can of black beans drained and rinsed
1/2 bunch of Cilantro
clove of garlic, minced
small red onion, diced
Jalapeño, diced (I leave seeds)
avocado
Cut corn from the cob, mix together all except avocado. salt and pepper to taste. add a splash of red wine vinegar and a dash of lemon juice. Chill. Just before serving dice up avocado and stir in gently
