2 large vine ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 medium-sized green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (your choice)
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well.
2. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve. (This should last up to 1 week if kept refrigerated in an airtight container.)
3. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and low-fat sour cream Serving size: 1/4 cup
