    6 tomatillos (Mexican green tomatoes)
    3 large garlic buttons
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 hot peppers of your choice-finely diced

    Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Quarter tomatillos and dice peppers. Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend to a fine consistency.
