Watermelon Salsa

2 cups peeled, seeded and cubed watermelon
1 cup peeled, cubed nectarine
2-3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
3/4 cup diced sweet onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp grated orange rind
1/2 tsp salt
Stir together all ingredients; cover and chill 1 hour. Serve with grilled chicken, fish or pork.
