    Aunt Saunny

    Ingredients
    1 stick minced celery
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 egg
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
    Dash white pepper
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 cup bread crumbs

    Directions
    1. Combine celery, onion, egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning and white pepper. Stir in crabmeat.

    2. Mix in up to 1/2 cup of bread crumbs dependent on mixture and texture.
    Notes: Pick fresh crabmeat as first choice, pasteurized next, and frozen as third choice.
