Spicy Black Bean Rice with Shrimp

a.. 2 cups wild rice blend, cooked
b.. ¼ cup spicy sausage, raw
c.. ¼ red bell pepper, chopped
d.. ¼ cup red onion, diced
e.. ½ pound 26/30 shrimp, raw, (peeled and deveined?)f.. 1 cup black beans, cooked
g.. 2 tablespoons blackening spice
h.. 1 tablespoon butter
i.. 1 tablespoon crushed pepper
j.. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
k.. 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Method:
In a heavy sauté pan over medium-high heat, add butter and cook
for 30 seconds. Add shrimp, onion, peppers, sausage, garlic, crushed
pepper and blackening spice and cook for 3 to 4 more minutes. Add rice and
beans and combine. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serves 4.
