    Easy Ritz Cracker Treats

    "Nana" to Bubbe & Alex

    1/2 cup marshmallow cream
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    48 Ritz Crackers
    1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips, melted
    1 cup flaked coconut or chopped nuts

    Spread 1 tsp. peanut butter on 24 crackers Spread 1 tsp. marshmallow creme on each remaining crackers, sandwich the two crackers together, and dip in melted chocolate, coat with coconut or nuts. Let stand until chocolate sets. Store in air-tight container for up to one week. Makes 24
