Teriyaki almonds

4 cups raw almonds
1/4 cup butter
2 tbls soy sauce
2 tbls sherry or mirin
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
Melt butter in 9X13 inch pan, add soy sauce, sherry and ginger and
whisk together
Add almonds and stir to coat well.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degs. stirring almonds twice.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with garlic salt and stir again. Cool in
pan, toss on paper towels to drain excess butter mixture.
Store airtight.
