Cheese Meatball Soup

1 lb. hamburger
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 cups water
1 cup whole kernel corn
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sacue
1 cup chopped potatoes
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
16 oz. jar Cheez Whiz (or Velveeta)
Combine burger, bread crumbs, egg, salt and Tabasco and shape into small balls. In a large pt, combine all ingredients including meatballs; stir gently. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low until vegetables are done,
about 2 hours. Before serving, add cheese and stir gently. May also be cooked in crockpot on low 8-10 hours
