Chicken Soup

5 cups water
7 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 stick margarine or butter
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/4 cup long grain rice (uncooked)
1 bay leaf
2 cups egg noodles (uncooked)
Combine all ingredients except noodles. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Add noodles and simmer for 15 minutes.
