    6 TBSP butter softened
    6 TBSP crumbled blue cheese
    3 tsp chopped fresh chives

    Combine in a small bowl and mash together with a fork until well
    blended. Keep refrigerated. Will last for several weeks if you don't
    eat it all right away.
