    Aunt Saunny

    1 lb. crabmeat, drained...............3 t. lemon juice

    2-8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened

    1-1/4 C. mayonnaise...................2 T. finely chopped onions

    2 T. horseradish..........................3 T. finely chopped celery

    Salt to taste (1/3 t.).....................4 T. ketchup

    Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Mix all other ingredients except crabmeat & c. cheese. Add cream cheese & mix thoroughly. Add crabmeat & mix again. Put into mold & refrigerate several hours. Unmold carefully onto a bed of lettuce. Serve with crackers
