POTTED BEER'N CHEESE

250gm tasty cheese, grated
1/2 cup beer
1 teaspn dry mustard
4 drops Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper to taste
parsley sprigs and paprika for garnish
savoury biscuits to serve
Thoroughly combine all the ingredients, Press into a 1 cup mould and place in refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight. Before serving. garnish with parsley and paprika. Serve with and assortment of savoury biscuits.
