    Smoked Fish and Shrimp Pâté

    Aunt Saunny

    2 cups smoked, de-boned fish (salmon, trout or whitefish)
    2 cups cooked, shelled shrimp
    1 1/2 cups cream cheese
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon celery salt
    1/2 cup chives-chopped
    1/2 cup capers

    Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix. Serve with crackers, chips or rye bread rounds.
