Sweet Mustard

2 T. margarine
1 egg
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. white sugar
1/4 c. prepared mustard (French's, etc., as you buy at the store)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
1/4 c. vinegar
Melt margarine in a pan and set aside to cool. In separate bowl, beat
egg, sugars, mustard, salt and pepper. When mixed, beat in vinegar.
Put pot with melted margarine back on burner and mix in other
ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Turn down to simmer
for 3 minutes. (You may double this recipe because it can keep for
months in the fridge -- if you have any left.)
