    Aunt Saunny

    1 pound stew meat
    1/2 cup flour
    1 cup ginger ale
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 pkg. onion soup mix**

    DIRECTIONS:

    Combine meat with flour to coat. Put all ingredients into slow-cooker and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours until meat is tender. Great served over rice.

    *Pick a soup mix that has the least amount of sodium.
