Artichoke Pie

3 eggs
1 can artichoke hearts
8 oz. Mozzarello Cheese, shredded
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 handful of cheddar cheese, shredded
1 prepared pie crust
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into pie crust
Bake 375 degree oven for 50 minutes.
Let set before serving
