HEAT OVEN TO 35O DEGREES. In roasting pan, combine (1 bunch asparagus), (3 shallots), halved, (1 leek), cut into pieces, (8 oz mushrooms), halved, (1 tbs. each melted butter and olive oil), (2 tsp. tomato, basil, and garlic
seasoning), and (1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper). Roast 40 min. Place in bowl, and GARNISH WITH CHOPPED PARSLEY. Makes 6 servings.*
