Pinto Bean Pie

2 cups cooked pintos
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tbs flour
1 tsp ground cloves
4 eggs
1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 (8 inch) pie shells
Put pinto beans in a large bowl and mash. Add sugar,
flour and butter. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add
nutmeg, cloves and vanilla. Mix well and pour into pie
shells. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. When cool, top with
Cool Whip.
