Orange-Glazed Beets

1/2 cup orange marmalade
1-1/2 teaspoons grated orange rind
1/4 cup orange juice
1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1-1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 16-ounce can sliced beets, drained
In a 3-quart saucepan, combine marmalade, orange rind, orange juice, cornstarch, mustard, and salt. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens. Add beets; cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
