Broccoli Stuffing Bake

2 cups milk
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
4 beaten eggs
3 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 tsp. salt
In a saucepan heat and stir together milk and cheese until blended, remove from heat. In a mixing bowl gradually stir hot mixture into eggs. Add stuffing mix and broccoli and salt. Turn mixture into a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake uncovered at 325 for 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings
