Cabbage & Dumplings

1 head of cabbage
1 lg onion
1 stick margarine
1 tea Nature Seasoning
Dumplings
1 egg
1/2 tea salt
1 c milk
1-2/3 c flour
Cut cabbage in Julienne strips Place in salted water wilt slightly Saute onions im margarine until tender -- add drained wilted cabbage to onions
FOR DUMPLINGS
Beat eggs milk & salt w/ fork --Add flour & mix well Drop by half teaspoonful into salted water let boil 3-5 min Drain add cabbage season w/ Nature Seasoning
