    "Nana" to Bubbe & Alex

    1 package ( 16 oz ) frozen sliced carrots, thawed

    1 can ( 10 ¾ oz ) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted

    8 oz. Velveeta, cubed

    1/3 cup dry bread crumbs

    2 tbs. Butter or margarine, melted



    In a bowl, combine the carrots, soup and cheese. Transfer to a greased
    1-1/2 qt. Baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 10 minutes;
    stir. Combine the bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle over the top. Bake
    10-15 minutes longer or until the carrots are tender and all bubbly.
