    Aunt Saunny

    3 cups shredded carrots
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup water
    2 tablespoons Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, sauté carrots and onion for 5 minutes, stirring often. Add water. Lower heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in Brown Sugar , mustard, and black pepper. Continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often. Serve at once or cover until ready to serve.
