Holiday Carrots

1 lb. carrot, sliced
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 oz. orange liqueur
salt and pepper to taste
Cook carrot until tender; drain. In small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in orange liqueur and nutmeg. Add carrots and mix well to coat carrot slices. Season with salt and pepper.
