Cauliflower Croquettes

1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
salt and pepper to taste
oil
Boil cauliflower and drain well; cool and chop. In a large bowl, mix cauliflower, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper to taste. Deep fry in hot vegetable oil (frying pan) until golden brown. Spoon out 1 teaspoon at a time. Makes 12 to 16 croquettes.
