Saucy Cauliflower Or Broccoli

1 10 ounce package frozen cauliflower or cut broccoli
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
dash salt
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
In a saucepan cook cauliflower or broccoli according to package directions;
drain well. Mean while, in saucepan melt butter or margarine. Blend in flour
and salt. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir till bubbly. Stir in cheese
and mustard. Stir in cauliflower or broccoli. Heat threw.
Serves 4.
