SCALLOPED CORN

"Nana" to Bubbe & Alex
1 - 16 1/2 ounce can - - - - Cream Style Corn
1 Cup - - - - - - - - - Milk
1 - - - - - - Egg, beaten
1/4 Cup - - - - - - - - - Chopped Onion
3/4 tsp. - - - - - - - - - - - - Salt
1 Cup - - - - - - - - - - - Coarse Cracker Crumbs
2 Tbl. - - - - - - - - - - - Melted Butter or Margarine
Combine corn and milk; heat to lukewarm. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 10 X 6 inch baking dish.
Top with Cracker Crumbs and drizzle with melted butter or margarine. Cover and Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes until set. Makes about 6 servings.
