Ingredients
a.. 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn kernels
b.. 1/2 cup butter, melted
c.. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
d.. 1 clove garlic, pressed
e.. 1 teaspoon white sugar
f.. salt to taste
g.. 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2 Cook corn according to package directions. Drain water, then mix in butter, cream cheese, garlic, sugar, salt, and parsley. Spoon into a casserole dish and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
Makes 8 to 10 servings
