Green Beans with Mushroom Sauce

4 oz mushrooms, sliced (fresh or frozen)
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
3 cups milk
6 oz processed cheese, sliced
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
pepper to taste
1 tsp seasoned salt flavor enhancer
2 pkgs french cut green beans, cooked
Saute' mushrooms and onion in butter for about 3 minutes. Add flour and a small amount of milk. Stir often so the flour will not lump. Add remaining milk, stirring as for a white sauce. Add remaining ingredients except the green beans. Stir sauce into the cooked green beans. Heat thoroughly.
