Sautéed Kale

1/2 lb. kale, stems discarded and leaves coarsely chopped
1-1/2 tsp. olive oil
Soak the kale in a bowl of salted cold water with ice for 15 minutes. Drain and dry. In a large skillet, heat oil and then add kale. Sauté, stirring often, until wilted, about 4-5 minutes.
