1 lb. fat salt pork
4 cup. shelled lima beans
7 medium sized tomatoes, peeled
Salt and pepper
4 cup raw corn , cut off cob
2 qt. water
Cook fat salt pork about 20 minutes in 2 quarts of water.
Add lima beans , tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook 30 minutes. Add corn and cook 10 minutes more.
