Shiitake Mushroom Sauté

10 - 12 medium sized whole Shiitake mushroom caps, rinsed
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions:
Melt two tablespoons of butter in a large saucepan until frothy. Add chopped onions and garlic and stir over a medium heat until the onions are transparent.
Now add the mushrooms and the soy sauce.
Next cover the saucepan for about two minutes until the mushrooms are wilted.
Now just remember, these will cook in no time so be careful not to over cook them.
Shiitakes prepared this way can be the perfect complement to any meal.
