Cashew Orange Sugar Snap Peas

1 (1-lb.) pkg. Green Giant Select® Frozen Sugar Snap Peas
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel, if desired
1/4 cup cashews
Preparation Directions:
1. Cook peas as directed on package. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, cornstarch and salt; mix until well blended. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in orange peel and cashews.
3. Place cooked peas in serving bowl. Pour orange-cashew mixture over peas; stir gently to mix.
