    Aunt Saunny

    Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
    1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 cups fresh or frozen green peas
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. balsamic vinegar (optional)

    Heat oil in a heavy nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and pepper. Stir in peas and sugar. Cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes or until tender. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, if desired. Serve hot.
