    "Nana" to Bubbe & Alex

    1 lb. Grated cheddar cheese
    1-8 oz. Can jalapeno slices, drained
    6 eggs, well beaten
    cooking spray

    spray a 9 x 11 pan with cooking spray. Spread jalapenos in pan. Then spread cheese equally over jalapenos. Pour eggs equally over the cheese.Bake in 250 degree oven for 45 minutes. Slice into bars. Serve with jalapenos facing up.
